EMOIT EVANS
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Evans is a Supply chain professional with over 10 years’ substantial experience in both the public and private sector. In 2014, Evans claimed an award from Ernst and Young as the Chief Executive Officer of the year. He further spear headed Amoo Holdings into acquiring a United Nations Medal of Best Supply Chain Service Provider in 2016.

In the past, Evans has led a number of public sector supply chain consulting engagements including public sector supply chain mapping projects in East Africa under the MUK-Zaragoza International Logistics Program which were aimed at improving humanitarian sector supply chains solution for Refugees in Kenya and Uganda. While with Amoo Holdings, Evans also developed, deployed and managed the supply chain for the United Nations Peace Keeping Operations Missions in Africa based in Entebbe, Humanitarian Relief Food delivery in Africa for world Food Program and contributing to the UN’s peace Keeping Operations Mission expansions in the Region. In addition to this, he headed the setup of a full-service logistics solution in South Sudan for telecom giants Huawei, MTN and Zain strategically managing inbound and outbound freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and managed the distribution of all Telecom Equipment for the 3-Telcom giant Companies in South Sudan.

He has achieved this by administering aggressive investment both in assets and human resource in order to grow with you our customers and meet your ever-increasing needs; and as such we have expanded in size, scope of service, and also in geographical footprint. Evans holds a professional certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (CIPS) from the London School of Economics.

OKWARASI JAMES MARK

Mark joined Amoo Holdings as an undergraduate trainee attached to the I.T department in January 2016 as a beneficiary on the company's apprentice program in the field of Information and Communication technology.

With now a bachelors in Information Technology, Mark has managed a system upgrade and migration project which has seen Amoo Holdings improve greatly in efficiency and service delivery.

Mark has played a great role in keeping the company up to date with solutions that ease service delivery to our clients. He recently managed the successful procurement of the latest fleet and fuel management systems

HR AND FINANCE MANAGER

Having worked with various firms in the past in the area of finance and accounting, Richard has developed an honorable reputation in executing business strategic and financial management towards a reliable service to our clients. In addition to his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant(CPA), Richard is also a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), he offers strategic advice to clients ensuring that our service falls within the compliance of tax regulatory authorities.

He mostly enjoys risk and tax compliance management and exhibited his passion with one of the United Nations project which he tagged as his favorite. He views Amoo Holdings as a “Progressive, Customer oriented and Compliant Company”.
